12steps meeting.

Every thursday night we have 12steps meeting at Mission Possible in down-town e-side it has been a place for me .

Speically each time people come from UGM and share with us their recovery journies with God it is awesome and give me a joy and hope and I`ve learned about this only with God people can break through whatever they have in their lives.

So I wish that more people come to the meeting and hear what God has done for peoples` lives and how he leads them to break through and changes lives

~~Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free~~ (John 8: 32)

It`s been a good journey with YOU.

It has been learning process being in Partners in Hope ministry almost for 3years and it was good and a big blessing for me although it wasn`t easy journey and several times I had thought about giving up but by God`s grace I am still here and it has been continued on and now I want to be more close to people who are in down town e-side and struggling their addictions.

God has brought me here and thought me many good things about Himself and people and myself so I would like to thank God and people who have been letting me in their lives directly or indirectly.

Hi, Merry Christmas!!

When I heard about the Magi stroy in the bible I could think their humbleness.
They came from far East for seeing a new born King they were wise men and some people said they were kings when they saw a baby Jesus in manger they bow down and gave the gifts which they brought from their countries and they had a big joy to see heavenly King although it was baby.
Isn`t it great? and can you see their humble heart? If I was a king I wouldn`t be happy to know there was a new born king he would be greater than I am... well.. probably I would be like King Herod when he heard this he tried to find the baby and wanted to kill him... honestly...
I think this is human nature but the Magi who three kings they were different they were humble before God and praised God what he was doing..

This Christmas I need to think about my heart, attitude toward God and people and check my this things....

I don`t agree when people put people who are struggling their drug or alcohol problem or homeless in the special category and think they are different from us. No, as my experiences they are not aliens just they have different issues which we all have different forms of it but in the society thinks drug or alcohol is more bad or serious than those so I disagree we are all equal before God and have the same problems it is sin.

(Last week when I heard peoples` sharing at 12steps meeting on Thursday night I thought about this again.)

An old man!

When I was in Hamilton one day late evening I was walking on the street I saw an old man he was looking for something in the garbage cans. He was wearing dirty clothes and looked poor.
When I saw him I was sad and felt very sorry for him because he was an old man and seeking through garbage cans, so I prayed for him silently and left there, it was the only thing I could do for him.

This is my feeling for the people especially who are old and homeless I feel very bad and sad and very sorry for them.
As my idea, elderly people should not live that way and young people if they can they need to help or care for elders in some way but this man was a homeless and looking for something in the trash baskets.
Well, I don`t know what kind of life he has gone through I just want to say I am more sad if I see old people on the street as addicts or homelesses.

This is one of my experiences in the east Canada.

I hate when my frined curses by himself.!!

I met him at down town E-side we are now good friend.
However I don`t like and I am very sad when he swears to himself (of course, to him it is a jok though to me it is self curse to himself) He had an accident for long time ago and now he is disabled. I can guess probably he has had tough time since his accident so maybe it changed him a lot specially toward life? honestly I don`t know but I can imagine how difficult it was to him...
If so then he can have some different idea of life...
Anyway he often says `to get hit by car` toward himself or others.
When I heard that what he said I told him I didn`t like it although he meant a joke I said it was a curse toward him and toward others I told him several times about it, the first time he didn`t agree with me but later he spoke to me `I am not going to say like that because you care about me I know that it is a love for friend`
I was happy when he mentioned about that so I hope that his those kind of speaking habits will be changed then use words of blessings more.

I got a nick name.!!

Again I am here

Today `W` gave me a nick name it was `Energizer Bunny` and he explained to me what it is.
When I heard that I was happy and ecoureged because people can smile or be happy or be cheered up or have some good energy by bunny.(am I right? I hope my interpretation is right.^^)
If I do like that to people it is a good thing to do.(Of course, God is the all source of it.)
and I want to be like that continually for the people(who need to be encouraged) and for myself as well.

And so today I got a new nick name and it is good and I am happy for that.
